Information used for the pilot

Depending on your order and contact with us, we may handle your name, email address, billing and order details, payment status, selected offer, attribution information and messages needed to administer the pilot. Please do not send confidential production files or unnecessary personal information through checkout or the webinar chat.

Why we use it

We use this information to process and support reservations, send order and scheduling emails, provide access to the live session, recording and bonus, answer questions and complaints, keep transaction records and measure the QA pilot.

Services involved

The pilot uses WordPress/WooCommerce and the configured payment provider for orders, Jitsi Meet for the live session, OBS Studio for local recording and a restricted Google Drive folder for private recording or bonus links.

The recording is shared only with paid participants and is intended to remain available for six months. A participant’s voice, image or question may appear in the recording if they join with those enabled; this will be explained before recording starts.

Sharing and retention

Access links are private and must not be redistributed. Order and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Pilot access records and the recording are intended to be retained for six months unless a longer period is required by law or an unresolved complaint requires longer handling.
